I do consider myself a scientist because I observe things and make inferences about what it is and what it does. I like to observe anything that looks interesting or I would like to learn more about. If I am wrong on the theories I try again until I get it right. I usually observe things when I'm outside, like the plants or the animals that are around. I observe it and guess what it is doing and how. Like one time I was outside and I saw a very weird looking bird and observed it. It was black and red and white and was medium size and it only had three toes. I then infered that it was a woodpecker because of its colors and the way the feathers looked on it's head. So yes I do consider myself a scientist because i make observations and inferences.
